About Us Isla Marketing is a fast-growing performance marketing company specializing in high-intent lead generation through social media advertising. We create and scale high-converting ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram, and we need a
detail-oriented, results-driven Ad Creative Manager to take ownership of our
paid social ad production and performance .
This is not a marketing strategy role-it's about
creative execution, testing, and iteration . Your job is to
lead creative production , manage the content pipeline, and ensure we are continuously testing and optimizing ad creatives to improve performance.
Role Overview As the
Ad Creative Manager , you will be
directly responsible for managing our ad creative process from concept to production to performance analysis. You'll lead a small but growing creative team-including our
Video Editors and
Content Producers -to ensure a steady flow of high-quality ad creatives for our paid social campaigns.
Your focus will be on
developing, testing, and optimizing ads that convert . You will
not handle ad buying or audience targeting, but you will work closely with our
media buyers to align creative strategy with performance goals.
Responsibilities •
Own Ad Creative Production for Paid Social - Oversee the entire ad creative process -from ideation to execution-ensuring a steady flow of high-performing video and image ads.
- Develop engaging, direct-response ad concepts based on trends and past performance.
- Maintain an organized creative pipeline and ensure we always have fresh ads in rotation.

Manage & Direct the Creative Team - Directly manage our Video Editors (AI-driven & video ad production) and Content Producers (real-world footage).
- Provide structured feedback to refine and enhance ad creatives.
- Ensure creative deadlines are met while maintaining quality.

Optimize Creative Performance Based on Data - Track CTR, CPA, ROAS , and other key metrics to determine what creative strategies work.
- Identify ad fatigue and proactively refresh ad variations.
- Continuously test new ad formats, styles, and messaging angles to improve results.

Stay on Top of Trends & Competitive Insights - Research competitor ads and emerging trends in paid social advertising.
- Experiment with new creative styles, hooks, and storytelling techniques that drive conversions.
- Ensure our ad creatives stay fresh, engaging, and ahead of the competition .
Requirements •
3+ years experience in ad creative production for
Facebook/Instagram paid social .
• Strong understanding of
direct response advertising and ad psychology .
• Proven ability to
manage a creative team and deliver high-performing content at scale.
• Hands-on experience
producing, optimizing, and iterating paid social ad creatives.
• Comfortable interpreting
performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and applying insights to improve creative execution.
• Highly organized and process-driven-able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to
take initiative, execute quickly, and adapt based on results .
• Experience with
UGC-style ads, direct response ads, and AI-enhanced video production is a plus.
